Today Steve, Sara and I went to Kentucky to do some 4 wheeling. Despite the severe drought, we were still able to find some mud holes.

These little guys and gals were buzzing all over the back porch just befor the rain came yesterday. I got lucky with a few images. I is still quite difficult to stop those wings.

Cumberland Mountain State Park

Some thing are always best first thing in the morning. Driving home from work after a long night shift, I have always wanted to detour into CMSP which is almost in the city limits of Crossville, Tennessee. I was taken by the still reflection of the lake near the beautiful stone bridge. Insects taking care of business and the early morning light reflected off this wild flour also caught my attention.

It was such a pleasure for me to spend this very special day with Melissa and Ryan. Melissa decided to return to her home near Knoxville to be with her Tennessee friends and Family. These photos are a small representation of the many joyous moments of there wedding.

Let there be light!

It happened this weekend just in time for Mothers Day. I think that it was more like an early Fathers Day as I got studio lights. The following is an example of a few of my first shots taken with them.
